Soap Lake Food & Folk Festival Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in setting up your booth at the Soap Lake Food & Folk Festival. The fee for all for-profit businesses is $30.00. Non-profit organizations can participate for free. (FYI - buying/selecting a ticket = registration.)
You may register via the form on this page, or click on this link to open the form in a separate window. Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling or promoting similar or the same items or products. We need proof that you are appropriately permitted or licensed to do business in Soap Lake. Please email pictures or PDFs of documentation to [email protected]. (A receipt from the city or a screen capture of your Washington State Bus. Lic. account showing a Soap Lake Endorsement will work.) If you are unsure about which documents you need, please contact the City of Soap Lake: https://www.soaplakewa.gov/business-forms and find the form you need. (FYI: If you are interested in vending in Soap Lake on additional dates, contact the Soap Lake Chamber of Commerce at [email protected] or Youth Empowerment Program at [email protected].)
