Soap Lake Food & Folk Festival Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in setting up your booth or truck at the Soap Lake Food & Folk Festival during day two of our event on June 21, 2025.

Who are we looking for?
  • Vendors local to Grant County, or the broader Central/Eastern Washington region
  • Products of all types: arts & crafts, skin care, preferably items locally made or assembled, curated collectables, etc.
  • Items that fit within our “food” theme, e.g. honey, preserves, seasoning blends, vinegars, baked goods
  • Specialty drinks or snacks (Note: We are no longer accepting vendors selling fresh lemonade.)
Food Trucks - we have room for 1 or 2 more, depending on the product offered. (We already have ice cream and Mexican food.)

What is required?
  • $30 charge per booth space
  • $20 additional if electrical is needed
  • $25 City of Soap Lake vendor permit - we will help you with this on the day of the event, if you don’t already have a SL Bus. License or event permit. (You may pay in advance via the registration form, or bring a check payable to the City of Soap Lake the day of.)
  • Supply your own tables, pop-ups, and payment systems
  • Meeting Grant County Health requirements if selling food; go to the Grant County Health District website for more information. 
  • Non-profits register for free!
Hours of operation
  • 10:00am - fully set up and ready to do business
  • 6:00pm - optional time for departure (you can stay until 9pm if you like)

Please review the more detailed information below before completing your registration.

Vendors must be set up and ready for business no later than 10am when the mainstage events begin. Note: there are additional activities starting at 8:30am in other areas of the park. It will be a busy morning. Go to the festival page to learn more. 

Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling or promoting similar or the same items or products. (Check the list at the bottom of the registration form on this page.)

Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, taxes, and all related requirements and expenses in owning and operating your business. Everyone will be required to sign the City of Soap Lake's Hold Harmless Agreement. (This will be available at vendor check-in.) 

  • If you have a Washington State Business license with a Soap Lake endorsement, or a City of Soap Lake Business License please email a jpeg or pdf showing this endorsement to [email protected]. 
  • All other vendors will need a "non-food / food / craft vendor permit." We will have the permit form available at registration the day of the event. 
  • Food vendors must have all appropriate State and County licenses and permits along with proof of insurance. Licenses and permits that are required for display must be visible at your booth or truck at all times. Go to the Grant County Health District website for more information.

Vendor Cancellation Refund Policy
 
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee or as required by law (see cancellations below). This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
• Change in personal plans
• Travel disruptions
• Inclement weather
• Artist or performer lineup changes
• Venue changes

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

Vendor requests to cancel (for any reason) must be communicated by email to [email protected] no later than MAY 15TH. Requests to cancel before that date will result in a full refund.

Effective Date and Changes
Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice to this page.
