In 2013, a diverse group of business owners, professionals, and artists with a variety of talents, skills, and experiences realized they had something in common. They all shared a love and appreciation for the geology and natural wonder of the Grand Coulee area. This led to the formation of Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee (FLGC), a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation formed to share the Lower Grand Coulee experience through interpretation, outdoor access, community engagement and recreation. We develop and fund initiatives that further the preservation and enjoyment of the Lower Grand Coulee's extraordinary geology and history.
FLGC envisions a community working together to inspire curiosity, discovery, and pride in the Lower Grand Coulee (from Dry Falls to Quincy) for current and future generations.
