Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort
Notaras Lodge, the most well-known portion of the resort, is a historic log building in Soap Lake, Washington, was originally constructed with enormous, old-growth logs in the 1970s and is known for its rustic, cabin-style rooms with unique artistic details. The Inn at Soap Lake, also part of the Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort, is the oldest extant building in Soap Lake, built in 1911. The resort sells large-format photographs taken by locals of Soap Lake and the Lower Grand Coulee. The facilities themselves are a work of art, and the resort property is one of only two event spaces available in Soap Lake. Soap Lake Visitors Center
Located at the north end of Smokiam Park, near the Calling the Healing Waters Sculpture and Sundial, and at the entrance to Smokiam Campground is where to find area maps and literature about where to stay and what to do around the lower and upper Grand Coulee. Inside is a carefully curated Heritage Exhibit of historical photos, literature, and artifacts covering the history of Soap Lake.
